SEM MANAGER

Essentially I am looking for the right candidate to lead up all of Gaia's SEM/SEO activities. This includes including initial development, day-to-day management and optimization of their search engine marketing. This person will be responsible for developing, generating and interpreting periodic performance reports, such as spend analysis, keyword performance, CTR, ad quality, and SE campaign performance. The SEMM is also responsible for developing vertical specific market knowledge and practicing it to drive new user acquisitions and to drive revenue.
